Why are we debating whether or not someone has committed a crime by using the threat of violence to interrupt and subvert normal legal proceedings?
We already have a system to present relevant evidence and laws to the public and make a decision together. Is it perfect? Absolutely not, which is why we will constantly advocate for reforms to make it more perfect. But it’s working and it’s getting better, and more importantly it’s a system to put the facts on the record so that we can then review and discuss how the process should be approved.
Did these idiot sovereign citizen insurgents really expect to inject guns and threats of violence into the situation and did they expect to get away with it without a scott?
