Cherry Audio’s Galactic Reverb is an AI-powered reverb effect plugin. Cherry Audio states that it “captures the expansive sound of coveted classic hardware digital reverbs.”
Starting out as an effects processor in Cherry Audio’s Dreamsynth, many have requested that Galactic Reverb become a standalone plugin.
Well, now it is.

While it retains its original features and functionality – such as a decay time of up to 35 seconds – the standalone Galtactic Reverb plugin has also seen new features added.
For example, the Cherry Audio team “tweaked” the reverb plugin and added modulation parameters, pre-delay and even included an EQ.
And the addition of an attenuation setting lets you tone down your reverb levels while a vocalist or other instrument takes center stage. As a result, you will be able to mix your projects more easily without sidechaining during the post-production phase.
But a creative advantage here is the ability to seamlessly blend the alternation between dry and noticeable reverb tails with a bit of automation.
Galactic Reverb includes over 50 ethereal presets. In addition, the reverb is compatible with mono or stereo sources.
Price and compatibility
Cherry Audio’s Galactic Reverb is available now for an introductory price of $19, after which it will be $29.
The plugin is available in AU, VST, VST3, AAX and standalone formats, and is compatible with Windows and macOS.
If you want to try it before you buy, you can get a seven-day free demo.
