I forgot how much I love football. The Houston Texans took this from me. After writing, speaking, breaking down the movie, and researching our favorite soccer team, having had an amazing and terrible season, I forgot that soccer is beautiful. Justin Herbert’s deep passes, Tom Brady pointing Mike Evans, Josh Allen carrying Buffalo as runner and passer, Tennessee play action and Micah Parsons showcasing the future of football all opened my eyes to the truth again. . Football is grand and beautiful even when Texans aren’t.
